ROME (Nettavisen): Jakob Ingebrigtsen took gold in both the 5000 and 1500 meters during the EC in the Italian capital. The 23-year-old is thus historic and is well on track before the Olympics later this summer.
As usual, the super runner had good control over what he did during the competitions, but the attempt at 1,500 meters put a strain on his heavily pregnant wife.
